Roamego collects the following data from users:

Purposes of Processing

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Advertising, Location-based interactions and Displaying content from external platforms.

Methods of processing

Anuation Labs takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner (Anuation Labs), in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, only if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. How "Do Not Track" requests are handled

This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services it uses honour the "Do Not Track" requests, please read their privacy policies. However, at any point of time, use of the application can request for deletion of the data and the Owner (Anuation Labs) is obliged to do so.

Location Usage

Roamego suggests nearby restaurants and places of interest based on user’s current location. Location data is collected with user consent for background access, enabling dynamic updates as the user moves. This is required as user’s current location is used to suggest the user the restaurants, point of interests which are in the proximity of the user’s location. This is a constant requirement as with the change in user’s location, updated restaurants, point of interests which are now in proximity of the user’s changed location.

General Information

App ensures that user never misses out on nearby dining options/restaurant suggestions or interesting spots. By utilizing User device's location services, application fetch establishments within a maximum radius of 500 meters from user current position. This ensures that users receive recommendations that are conveniently located nearby, allowing them to explore new places and experiences effortlessly.

As user moves around, our app dynamically updates the nearby dining options/restaurant suggestions or interesting spots suggestions based on user’s updated location/position. Whether the user is strolling through a new neighbourhood or exploring a familiar area, our system continuously updates the suggestions reflecting to user’s current/real-time location.

This ensures that user always have access to the most relevant and up-to-date information about nearby cafes, restaurants, and other points of interest, enriching users overall experience with Roamego app.
